WB PSC civil services prelims admit card: West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) has released the admit card or hall ticket for the West Bengal Civil Service preliminary exam 2020. The admit card can be download at the official website, pscqbonline.gov.in. The WB PSC exam is scheduled to be held on February 9, 2020 (Sunday).

Exam will be held from noon to 2:30 pm. The venue, reporting time and other details will be available in the admit card. The WBPSC Prelims call letter will be available to download till January 31, 2020 as per the official notice. It will also be alternatively downloaded from wbpsc.gov.in and pscwbapplication.in.

WB PSC civil services prelims admit card: Exam pattern

The Preliminary Examination will consist of only one paper on general studies. The paper will be objective type having 200 multiple choice questions. Each question will be for one mark and candidates will have to solve it in two and half hour. The paper will have questions on English composition, general science, current events of national and international importance, history of India, geography of India with special reference to West Bengal, Indian polity and economy, Indian national movement and general mental ability.

The candidates who are preparing for WBPSC Clerk examination, we have some important news for you. The West Bengal Public Service Commission will release WBPSC Clerk Admit Card soon. The candidates must note that the admit card will be available on the official website of the commission i.e. pscwbonline.gov.in. As per the media reports, the admit card is expected to be out next week.

The candidates who will have to appear for the examination can download the admit card after it releases from the official site of WBPSC at pscwbonline.gov.in. As per the official notice, the Clerkship Exam, 2019 (Part-I) will be conducted on January 25, 2020.

Here are some of the important details of the examination:

  • The written examination will consist of two parts- Part I will be objective type questions and Part II will be the conventional type.
  • Part-I will carry 100 marks having 100 questions of 1 (one) mark each.
  • The Part-I will comprise of multiple choice and Part II shall consist of conventional type questions on Group-A: English
  • Group-B: Bengali/Hindi/Urdu/Nepali/Santali carrying 50 marks each for Group-A and Group-B.
  • The direct recruitment exam will be conducted at various centres in Kolkata and in certain other districts in West Bengal.

West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) will on Friday, January 10 release the admit card for clerkship Part 1 examination 2019 (Advt. No. 05/2019). The clerk part 1 examination will be held on January 25, 2020 in two sessions (10am to 11.30 am) and (2 pm to 3.30 pm..

Those who have applied for the WBPSC clerk examination 2019 can download their part 1 exam admit card at apscwbapplication.in.

WBPSC clerk part 1 admit card 2019 can be downloaded by following the steps given below:

1) Visit the official WBPSC website at http://pscwbapplication.in/ 2) click on the link for ‘admit card’ 3) Key in the rquired details and submit 4) Your admit card will be displayed 5) Download and take its print out of the same

Candidates must keep the admit card safely and carry it to the examination Centre. Calculator, mobile phones and other electronic gadgets of communication will not be allowed in the examination hall.

The Part 1 of the examination will be of objective nature, while Part 2 will be written (conventional type). Part 1 will have 100 one mark multiple choice objective type questions on English (30 marks), General Studies (40 marks) and Arithmetic (30 marks). The duration of examination will be 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The elementary knowledge in Computers and typing on computer will be judged after aspirants clear Part I and Part II.

WBPSC Prelims Admit Card 2019: West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) has announced the preliminary exam dates for Industrial Development Officer and Clinical Instructor Posts. Candidates applied for the posts will be soon able to download their admit card through the official website of WBPSC.i.e.pscwbapplication.in.

As per the notice released on WBPSC official website, The West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) is going to conduct WBPC IDO Prelims Exam 2019 on 22 December 2019 while WBPSC Clinical Instructor Exam 2019 on 29 December 2019 between 12 PM to 1:30 PM.

The WBPSC IDO Prelims Exam 2019 will consist 75 questions on General Studies including Science, Humanities, Industrial Scene & Industrial Potential in West Bengal & India and 25 questions on Mental Ability Test & Arithmetic ( Madhyamik Standard of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education ), each carrying 1 mark While the WBPSC Clinical Instructor Prelims Exam 2019 will have four sections. i.e. A, B, C and D. A total of 100 marks will be asked in each paper. The duration will be of 1 hour 30 minutes. There will be negative marking also for marking wrong answers. 

The exam will cover the subjects of Fundamental of Nursing, Medical Surgical Nursing, Obstetric and gynecology nursing, community health nursing, pediatric nursing, psychiatric nursing, anatomy and physiology, psychology & sociology, microbiology, nutrition, education, administration and research.

The commission will release the WBPSC IDO and Clinical Instructor Admit Card 2019 on and from 12 December and 19 December 2019 respectively.
