Several court cases are pending regarding the ownership of these plots, and many of the rightful owners reside outside of Ranchi. The local land mafia is unlawfully encroaching upon these lands, creating false boundaries, and misrepresenting ownership to unsuspecting buyers.
The affected lands are part of the Chuttu Panchayat, Anchal – Kanke, Village – Oyna Village/Oina, Thana – Pithoria, Post Office – Chandey, District – Ranchi, State – Jharkhand, falling under Thana Number 46.
Specifically, plots with RS Plot numbers 249, 260, 261, 262, and 263 are currently under scrutiny. These plots are entangled in legal disputes, and their ownership is contested.
